06.27.22 Nest Update-Only 1 Baby Osprey

I think we had three eggs initially, one egg disappeared early on. Then Baby 2022 osprey was hatched and one egg remained and THEN that egg disappeared so 2022 is ONE hatchling…but appears to be growing rapidly! Hay was cut and baled last week so a different view from atop the nest. We have hummingbirds, orioles and a number of other birds at the feeders. Flowers are coming along nicely. Roses started to bloom this week. Don’t you just love summer?
